Tonga - A a full set of paper/polymer notes released on 04.12.2023. This set comprises six notes from 2 pa'anga to 100 pa'anga. This is the first time this tiny pacific nation has issued a polymer banknote and the bank has released them in the denominations of 5 and 10 pa'anga. I believe this is the 9th series of banknotes issued since 1921. This set was issued to commemorate the birthday of the Kingdom''s moderniser King Tupou I. King George Tupou I was born on 04.12.1797 and died on 18.02.1893. He was the king of Tonga from 1845 until his death at the good old age of 95.

Tajikistan - Here is a full set of six notes all printed with the year date of 2022. These are the reprint of the 2021series in full set. There are no changes to the designs or signatures except for the year date. I believe both the 20 and 50 somoni are still hybrid notes, including the 500 somoni as well. The rest are paper notes.

Transnistria - Posted here is a 1 ruble commemorative overprint banknote issued on 07.09.2023
for the celebration of the 100th Year of Gold Chervonets. The word

the word Chervonets is a Russian word, it means 'Red' or 'Rose Gold'.

Myanmar - This is a 20,000 kyats commemorative note. This is the largest denomination of banknote issued in this country. This note was reportedly issued on 31.07.2023, to celebrate the first birthday of the Royal White Elephant called Ratha Mandaka, and also the completion of an 81 feet statue of a sitting Maravijaya Buddha in the capital city of Naypyidaw. The giant Buddha statue was unveiled on 01.08.2023 by General Min Aung Hlaing and is reportedly the world's highest sitting marble Buddha statue. This marble Buddha weighs 1,700 ton and cost US$27.6 million (58 billion kyat) to build. The white elephant, Ratha Nandaka was born on 23.07.2022.

Philippines - I have added another 1000 piso polymer note dated 2022 to my
earlier post. This note bears the signatures of Philippines President
Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Romualdez Marcos Jr and the Bank Governor Felipe
Manguiat Medalla. This note has since been superseded by the 2023 and
2024 reprints. Polymer substrate banknotes should have a longer lifespan
than those cotton based banknotes. However, since the introduction of
polymer banknotes in the country in 2022, this is the fourth print for
this note. Is this not working for the Filipinos or the quantity printed
for each series is just not a lot. I do understand that this country
has a large population, in excess of 115+ millions people.

Tunisia - Two notes of 5 and 50 dinars both dated 2022. These are a new series of banknotes, first introduced in 2020 with the 10 dinars (dated 2020). These replaced those previously issued in 2013 (5 dinars) and 2011 (50 dinars). Needless to say, the designs are also completely new too.

Malaysia - I have added two x 50 ringgit to my previous post with the governor signature of Muhammad Ibrahim (tenure 2016-2018). The two notes posted here are with the last prefix of PC and a replacement prefix of ZE. I have also uploaded the same notes to my polymer site too.
