Canada - The birds series collection. Still missing few signatures varieties. Not to mention the C$1,000 note too, of course.

Canada - Canadian Journey Series $5 issued in 2002. This is a special folder issued together with the last $5 bird series, both notes with matching prefix and serial numbers. Only 50,000 issued. I am not sure if this was popular among collectors in Canada and the rest of the world. I have a feeling that they are not, as I believe both the $5 and $10 were issued. As I was not aware of others, if any, I could be wrong on this.

Canada - Canadian Journey Series $10 issued in 2001. Like the above, this folder was released together with the $10 bird serie with matching prefix and serial numbers. For this, 50,000 folders were issued to collectors. This one was released in 2001.

Libya - 2008 and 2009 prints. Nice notes. The 50 Dinar is nice. Missing here is the 5 Dinar 2009 print. The 50 Dinar was first introduced in 2008.

Libya - 2004 prints. Only 1, 5 and 10 Dinar notes.

Libya - 20 Dinar. I am not sure about the year issued. Nice note, will all African leaders standing on the reverse, including the late Yasser Arafat in front row.

Northern Ireland Northern Bank - 10 Pounds, Specimen note dated 9.11.2008. I got this free as a gift.

Northern Ireland Northern Bank - 10 Pounds first prefix low serial no GG0000046. This new note incorporated some minor changes from the 2005 note and also including the new bank logo too. Other changes are security thread, underprint designs etc.

Hong Kong HSBC - $20 dated 2005, 2006 and 2007 with two ZZ replacement prefixes. The other one is ZY prefix (2007 print). I wonder how many replacement notes are normally printed in a given year? Would it be just restricted to a million? What letter would they use if more than a million of ZZ prefix is needed?

Hong Kong HSBC - $50 dated 2005, 2006 and 2007, all ZZ replacement notes. All these replacement notes came from a good collector friend in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong HSBC - $100 dated 2006 ZZ replacement note. In addition to this, I also have a replacement pair with serial numbers in sequential order for the 2003 first issue. I won't be uploading the scans here for this note.

Hong Kong Bank of China - $20 dated 2008. Normal prefix only.

Hong Kong Bank of China - $500 dated 2007 ZZ replacement prefix. High value replacement note is always my favorite.

Denmark - 2009 new series, 50 and 100 Krone. The new 50 Krone was released on 11.8.2009 and the 100 Krone was released on 4.5.2010. The main motifs for this series are Danish bridges and the surrounding landscapes. The artist Karin Birgitte has chosen these designs as bridges are linked between the past and present. The present is represented by the bridges and the past by the prehistoric objects found near those bridges. One interesting point about the window thread on the reverse side of the note is that it has a moving wave pattern effect. When the note is titled up and down, the motif moves sideways. And when the note is titled sideways, the motif moves up and down. I don't think I have seen any other modern banknotes that have such security feature. Seeing is believing. The new notes also have a hidden thread too. These notes are printed on a rotary press which means that they are printed on a roll of security banknotes, in pair continuously. As I hardly know anything in security printing, please correct me if I am wrong.

Denmark - 50 (ND2007) and 100 Krone (ND2008). These notes will be eventually be phased out and replaced by the new series as listed above. It should be noted that all Danish notes issued since 1945 are still legal tender. If you have any of these krone in any condition, would you cash them in at your local banks?

Faroe (Faeroe or Faeroes) Islands - Complete set of Krone issued between 2001 to 2005 (one note per year). The motifs for this series are local animals - 50DKK (ram's horn), 100DKK (cod fish tail), 200DKK (flying ghost moth), 500DKK (shore crab) and 1000DKK (sandpiper in flight). The reverse are watercolours art works of Faroe landscapes by Artist Zacharias Heinesen. This is rather a very nicely designed set of banknotes. The designs are a bit unusual and difference from current issues of banknotes issued by other countries. The Faroe Islands currency is at par with the Danish krone.
