Facts - About eleven countries still issuing banknotes without any signature(s) on it. They are; - China, Japan, Korea North, Korea South, Laos, Myanmar, Russia, Taiwan, Transnistria, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

Franklin Mint - Banknotes From Around The World
Total Banknotes = 73 pieces
16 sets, each set with matching serial numbers

Here I have posted all the Franklin Mint specimen notes for your viewing pleasure. In all, there are 16 sets of 73 banknotes. Whilst all these notes are printed with the word "SPECIMEN" these are not actual specimen notes issued when these notes were first released. These sets were issued as numismatic products for collectors. The best way to tell this is that each note is printed with a Maltese Cross next to the serial number. I do not believe these notes are rare, and if any, the Bahrain set would be harder to find. Actual specimen on these notes would be much more expensive. The issue price for this set when it was first introduced was USD $7 or GBP £7.

I believe you can still find these in full sets for sale as I have seen them before. If you are keen to get one complete set, you just need to be patient.
